Terms of trade

The following terms of trade are valid for our transactions.

Acceptance of the General Terms of Business:
By placing an order with AquaLight, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Special arrangements may be made in writing between Aqualight and the final customer in special circumstances. Please E-mail us if you have specific terms you require.

Price and Payment
All prices detailed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Aqualight reserves the right to refuse orders in its sole discretion. Prices quoted include legal VAT at the standard rate of 19%. All postage and packaging costs are charged in addition to the products ordered. Customers will be advised of the shipping costs when their orders are confirmed.

Aqualight only ships products outside Germany after full payment has been made. Orders within Germany can be paid by Cash On Delivery (COD), money orrder or bank transfer.

 NB: your credit institution may charge you for paying in Euro(€)
 - this is not a charge from Aqualight.

Terms of Delivery
Method of shipment is decided by Aqualight if not otherwise specified. If shipping insurance is required this should be specified at the time of placing the order. Any insurance costs will be added to the order total.

Return of goods
All goods that are sent back need a fully completed return document. This is necessary to successfully complete returning. You can find the form here.

Retention of Title /Legal Jurisdiction and Place of delivery:
Upto and until the goods are paid for in full they remain the property of Aqualight. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the safety of the goods. Aqualight accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to goods during transit. This should be sorted ot with the fowarder

The client is solely responsible for import duties or taxes that become due upon entry to the destination country.
